Privacy notice

This notice explains how Dalulu Enterprise ("OpDLab", "we") processes your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

• HR managers using the outline tool: name, company, work email, mobile number, the call time you choose and the training needs you describe.
• Trainers: name, mobile number, email, top trainings, usual day rate, HRD Corp accreditation status and your CV.
• Newsletter subscribers: name, work email, company and role.

Why we use it

• To arrange your consultant call and send your course outline.
• To prepare and deliver training, including the documents HRD Corp requires.
• To match trainers with client needs.
• To send the HR newsletter, if you agree.

Where it comes from

• We collect it directly from you through the forms on this site.

Who we share it with

• Data is stored in our CRM (HubSpot) and our website host (Cloudflare). It may be stored outside Malaysia.
• We do not sell your data. We share it only with the trainers who deliver your training, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Every field in each form is required; without them we cannot arrange a call, register you as a trainer or send the newsletter.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the link in every email.

Your rights

• You can ask to see your data, correct it, or withdraw consent by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +60 10-805 0508.

How long we keep it

• We keep data for as long as the purposes above and HRD Corp training records need it, then delete it. [Exact period to confirm]
